John Meaney

John is a business development leader in the technology industry, with 25 years in Silicon Valley, where he has focused on revenue building opportunities for large and small companies alike. He has worked with many start-ups to stimulate revenue generation, enable market readiness, facilitate strategic partnering, and execute funding exercises.

John has successfully led teams at Compaq Computer Corporation, Informix Software, Software AG, Persistent Systems, WhiteHat Security, Continuux, KnowNow, and Infolink SA, in addition to many more technology start-up companies.

John served as Regional Manager for Compaq Computer Corporation in San Francisco, where he managed his territory’s revenue growth from $100 Million to $1 Billion in the 1990s. At Informix Software, John was a leader in the Global Alliances organization, after which he held the position of Vice President, Global Alliances at Software AG in Darmstadt, Germany. John also served as Vice President, Sales at KnowNow, Inc., a Kleiner Perkins portfolio company.

Nathan Beard

Nathan is the Chief Technical Officer at Pixelstreams, LLC.  He began his career in Information Technology in 1995, as the Lead Technician for CBS in Las Vegas, NV, where he was responsible for the training and supervision of all field technicians.  CBS built, installed, and serviced the computerized bookmaking systems for casino racing and sports books.  Over the past 15 years, Nathan has built strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, as well as an extensive knowledge of networking infrastructure and implementation.

 
Nathan continued his career at Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, OR, as an IT Specialist, where he assisted in departmental regulation to ensure compliance with all National Indian Gaming Commission, EDP, State of Oregon, and IT control standards.  He also provided user support for all systems throughout the entire facility. 
After his contribution at Chinook Winds, Nathan seized the opportunity to help design and implement a multi-site, multi-platform network for the new Isleta Casino and Resort in Albuquerque, NM.  He was the project leader on selection and installation of network infrastructure, along with key software systems.


At West Coast Net in Lincoln City, OR, Nathan held the position of Operations Manager for a multi-county Internet Service Provider.  He supervised the entire technical support staff, in addition to the Accounting and Sales organizations.  Included in his duties at West Coast Net was the onsite field engineering for large and small business LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi setup support, and design consultation.


In his current role at Pixelstreams, Nathan is responsible for infrastructure, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Pixelstreams network, as well as client training.  He oversees all technical aspects of Pixelstreams offerings to minimize issues and to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Terry Wolvert

Terry has over 25 years of experience in the high technology arena, having worked in both technology end user and vendor companies.  He started his career at Price Waterhouse, serving in a variety of technical and management roles, with increasing responsibility in electronic data processing, auditing, networking, and financial reporting.   

Following his tenure at Price Waterhouse, Terry held a number of national account and territory sales management positions at Compaq Computer Corporation, then Intel Corporation. During his 10 years at Compaq, Terry broke new ground to drive revenue in several areas for the company, including enterprise wins at Intel, Nike, Willamette Industries, State of Oregon and Washington and Bonneville Power Administration.

Terry has a track record for aggressive development of business opportunities, including the internet service provider marketplace and OEM agreements that led Compaq’s server business to record levels in the mid-90s.  In 2000, he founded Digitalrep, a space management infrastructure company providing SaaS services for all Albertsons, LLC locations in North America.  Terry holds a B.A. in Business Management from Oregon State University.
