Remote Support

Pixelstreams uses Microsoft NetMeeting to allow users to share their screens with users on other computers (via internet or local area network).  NetMeeting allows you to use your mouse and keyboard to control another computer remotely.  It means that you can work on a remote computer, as if you were sitting in front of it, regardless of the distance between computers.
